As a conscious leader, I know how it feels to be trapped in outdated models of power and success.

I spent over a decade in sales, mostly in finance, and not once was I taught how to truly connect with clients on a human level.

I learned how to build rapport to make a sale.

I was asked to nurture relationships, but only if they led to hitting a sales goal.

I don’t believe in that way of working anymore.

It is absolutely possible to create success that feels just as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

I believe in building genuine connections, leading with integrity, and showing up as your most authentic self.

These courses are a full paradigm shift. Because our work should never make us forget who we truly are.

For a long time, I didn’t experience the success I wanted in my career.

I stayed in finance because I thought that one incredible year would finally prove I was good enough. That it would give me the credibility to say: “I did it — and you can, too.”

But the truth is, I wasn’t helping anyone by sitting on the sidelines. I wasn't help anyone by waiting to prove my methods work.

In March of 2025, I finally answered the call to share what I know — to empower others anyway.

What excites me most about The Leadership Lab is helping you remember who you really are. And then empowering you to be comfortable enough to bring that beautiful human into your work.

The most fulfilling part of my career in the past year and a half of being my authentic self hasn’t been the increase in abundance. It’s been the deep, human connection I’ve built with clients.

Not to make a sale.

But simply to be real with them.

To create something honest, alive, and lasting.
